Binghamton Chamber and Restaurateurs Look to STIR Up Business

The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce and Southern Tier Independent Restaurants (STIR) are banding together to promote local-owned eateries.

The Chamber is now assisting the 40 members of STIR with the time-consuming task of marketing restaurants and organizing special events to help attract visitors to the area.

STIR was organized about five years ago as way to promote local eateries.
