Binghamton University honored a pair of standout All-American athletes today at the Events Center. Keishorea Armstrong and Jesse Garn were recognized as Binghamton University's 10th and 11th NCAA Division I All-Americans.

Armstrong was named Binghamton University Female Athlete of the Year and had a stellar spring season.  On May 3, she earned a meet-best 37.5 points at the America East Outdoor Track Championships.  She went on to sweep the triple and long jump titles at the ECAC Championships.  On May 28 she finished sixth in the long jump at the NCAA East Regional Meet.  Then on June 10 she earned honorable mention All-America honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

Garn had a tremendous 2015 season.  During the indoor track season he qualified for the NCAA Championships and went on to earn All-America honors.  He returned to the NCAA Championships during the outdoor season and went on to finish fourth in the 800 to earn first-team All-America honors.

Today's ceremony was attended by a number of track & field teammates of Armstrong and Garn as well as members of the Binghamton University athletic community.
