Barton Man Accused Of Making Threats

A Tioga County man has been arrested after he allegedly threatened to kill people during a domestic dispute.

Authorities say 23-year-old Kyle Phillips of Barton was charged with second-degree harassment and third-degree menacing.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Phillips made physical contact with someone during the incident. He also was said to have made threats during the disturbance.

Phillips was issued appearance tickets for Barton town court.
