Authorities Look for Man Using a Stolen Credit Card at TOPS

New York State Police are looking for help finding a man seen on surveillance video at the TOPS Friendly Market on East Main Street in the City of Norwich who may have bought merchandise with a stolen credit card.  The incident happened January 17.

The man appears to be in his late 20s to early 30s, is white, medium build with a dark beard and he was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt at the time.
