A Binghamton man is accused of having heroin and prescription drugs in his possession when members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force searched his Roosevelt Avenue Home May 24.

Forty-Three-year-old Robert Brady is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, five misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

SIU officers confiscated 100 bags of heroin, illegally possessed prescription pills, drug packaging materials and $12,816 in suspected drug sale proceeds.
