Three DWI Arrests are Reported in Broome County
Three traffic investigations, including two crashes, over the weekend have landed DWI charges against two Broome county residents and a Cortland woman.
Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 50 year old Donna Kubrak of Endicott was arrested Friday after allegedly hitting a light pole at the Dollar General in the Town of Maine and speeding off before crashing again a short distance away into an embankment.
Kubrak is charged with driving while intoxicated by drugs and moving from a lane unsafely.
75 year old Henry Warren of Conklin and 21 year old Devyn Staley of Cortland were both arrested Saturday.
Warren reportedly crashed into a ditch on Conklin Road.
He’s charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from a lane unsafely.
Sheriff’s officials say Staley was stopped by officers on Interstate 81 near exit 5 in the Town of Dickinson. Staley is charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level at more than .18%.
All were ordered to appear in court at a later date.
