After several weeks of interviews, New York State Police say they arrested 19 year olds Tyler Hotaling of Richfield Springs and Richard Herron III of Jordanville October 4 and charged them with felony burglary.  The pair is accused of breaking into Park View Liquor on Main Street in Richfield Springs and stealing four bottles of liquor.

Troopers say a concerned neighbor noticed the glass door of the liquor store was broken at around 6 a.m. September 6 and called authorities.

Authorities say the stolen liquor was worth about $150 and damage to the door was put at around $495.

In addition to burglary, Hotaling was charged with criminal mischief.

The teens were released and ordered to appear in Town of Richfield Court next month.
