October 26, 2012 Construction of the ACA Memorial Park in Binghamton is moving forward.
Preparation at the site on the southeast corner of the intersection of Front and Clinton streets started three weeks ago.
Some concrete supports are in place where the small city-owned green space is being transformed
October 10, 2012 Binghamton city public works employees Wednesday began site preparation at a small green space that will be transformed into the American Civic Association Memorial Park.
The park will be dedicated to the memory of the thirteen people who were shot to death at the American Civic Association building on Front Street on April 3, 2009
