Police were looking for a man who reportedly fired a gun at a Cooperstown business Monday morning.

Authorities say no injuries were reported in the incident at the Seventh Inning Stretch store at 137 Main Street.

Investigators from the Otsego County Sheriff's Office and the New York State Police were working to locate a suspect in the shooting incident.

The Oneonta Daily Star reported law enforcement sources said the man wanted for questioning in the case was a former employee.

The newspaper said the sheriff's office indicated the 62-year-old man fired a Glock 9-millimeter handgun. The paper reported there was return fire from the store.
