The Binghamton Mets scheduled game against the Akron RubberDucks tonight has been postponed due to rain and cold temperatures.  The game will be made-up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow beginning at 12:05 PM (11:50 airtime on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  Both games will be seven inning contests.

Anyone with tickets for tonight's game can redeem them for tickets of equal or lesser value to any future 2014 B-Mets regular season home game except the July 4th game.  Akron rolled to a 7-1 win on opening night.  The teams finished the game before a series of showers pushed into the area.  More rain today and heavier rain possible this evening forced the postponement.

Rainy Lara is expected to start the first game tomorrow while Tyler Pill will make the start in game two.   For Lara it will be his Double-A debut.  The B-Mets and Akron are scheduled for a single game on Sunday beginning at 1:05 PM.
