B-Mets Host Rock Cats

The Binghamton Mets are facing the New Britain Rock Cats tonight at NYSEG Stadium in the second game of their three-game series.  Last night the Rock Cats defeated Binghamton 4-1.  Michael Fulmer is tonight's starter for Binghamton.  He brings a 5-2 record into the game with an ERA of 2.03.  Ryan Arrowood counters for New Britain.  He is 0-2 with a 6.23 ERA.

B-Mets Home Tonight

The Binghamton Mets return home tonight to host the New Britain Rock Cats at 6:35 (air at 6:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  The B-Mets return home following a week on the road.  Last night Binghamton rolled to an 8-0 win over the Trenton Thunder. Seth Lugo got the win going seven innings and allowing just four hits to earn his fourth consecutive victory.

LG&T Challenger Concludes

Top-Seed Kyle Edmund is the winner of the LG&T Tennis Challenger played at Recreation Park on the west side of Binghamton.  Edmund, who hails from Great Britain, defeated the second-seed Bjorn Fratangelo in straight sets 6-2, 6-3.
