Authorities say Cory Meadows of Oneonta was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

According to state police, Meadows was arrested Monday after troopers investigated a reported dispute on Route 7 in the town of Milford.

Police say troopers saw Meadows walking alone. They say a motorist said Meadows had jumped from a moving vehicle.

Investigators say Meadows would not give her name to troopers and became disorderly as she was interviewed.

Police say when the woman was advised she was being arrested for disorderly conduct, she walked away and resisted as she was handcuffed.

Meadows was arraigned in Oneonta town court and sent to Otsego County Jail on $200 bail.
