Mother’s Day is fast approaching and something delicious is cooking up at many of the Broome County Senior Centers.

Seniors will be able to enjoy a Mother’s Day to go lunch with drive thru pick up on Friday May 7th around noon.

The Broome County Senior Centers want to celebrate Moms, Mentors, and other important women in your life, with a Mother’s Day Luncheon, which includes your choice of sliced turkey or battered fish, with whipped potatoes, peas, and orange cranberry bar for dessert

Advance reservations are required, you must reserve your meal and location no later than noon one day earlier.

The suggested contribution for the meal is $3.50 for ages 60+ and spouse of any age, and $4.50 for those under 60. Those age 60+ and spouse of any age will not be denied.

Call the senior center location where you will be picking up your meal.

The luncheon will be available for drive thru pickup around noon on Friday May 7th at the following participating senior centers.

  • Johnson City 797-1149 30 Brocton St., Johnson City
