County Executive Debra Preston has named Jamie Kelly director of the Office for Aging and James Tripp as director of the Office of Employment and Training.

According to a news release, Kelly has worked with programs such as the Sheltered Workshop and Catholic Charities of Broome County. She's scheduled to start January 20, taking over from Kathleen Bunnell who is retiring.

Tripp is a U.S. Army veteran and was co-founder of Hidden Valley Electronics. He's to begin as director on January 2. Terry Stark, the current director, is retiring.
