Million Dollar Lottery Winner in Broome County

If you live in western Broome, your neighbor may be a millionaire. 

Officials with the New York State Lottery say on Valentine’s Day, someone bought a one million dollar Megga Millions lottery ticket at the Weis Market in West Corners.

Officials say the winner has stepped forward but have not identified the lucky player.

According to the New York State Lottery, the winning ticket was a quick-pick and actually a second prize in the February 14^th drawing that had no first place winner.
