New York State Police say a town of Union man is accused of pepper-spraying three people during a dispute.

58 year old Stephen Hall is charged with unlawful possession of a noxious matter, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and three counts of harassment.

Troopers were called to a home on Taft Avenue shortly after 11:30 Monday night and say they found three people, two of them under the age of 17, had been pepper-sprayed.

Hall was sent to the Broome County Jail on $1,000 bail and an order of protection was issued.
