Authorities say Curtis Commesso of Bainbridge was arrested on Tuesday.

According to state police, the incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on November 20.

Investigators say Commesso is accused of driving recklessly past a vehicle that was occupied by a former girlfriend, their young child and others.

Commesso allegedly yelled at those in the other vehicle. He also is said to have swerved in front of the vehicle, causing the occupants to be afraid.

Police said the conduct violated an order of protection that had been issued against Commesso.

In addition to reckless endangerment, Commesso was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child.

Commesso was arraigned in Fenton town court and sent to Broome County Jail on $2,500 bail.
