Man Accused of Shopping with Boss’ Credit Card

Broome County Sheriff’s Detectives say a 24 year old Binghamton man is accused of going shopping at his boss’ expense.

Kyle Lekouses allegedly took his employer’s credit card and used it several times to make purchases in the Village of Johnson City and Town of  Vestal.

He is also accused of stealing some cash from his place of employment in the Town of Union.

Lekouses is charged with two felony counts each of criminal possession of stolen property and identity theft as well as misdemeanor petit larceny.

He was ordered to appear in Town of Vestal, Village of Johnson City and Town of Union courts at later dates.
