Luke Richardson is coming back to coach the Binghamton Senators.  Richardson has signed a one-year contract to come back to Binghamton and coach Ottawa's top prospects.  This will be his fourth season as Binghamton's head coach.

In three previous seasons with Binghamton Richardson has a record of 122-82-11.  He led the B-Sens to the American Hockey League's East Division title in the 2013-14 campaign.

Richardson was a number one draft pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1987.  Known for his rugged defensive play he rolled up 2055 penalty minutes and 201 points in 1417 National Hockey League games.  He saw duty with six NHL teams over his better than two decade playing career.
