Fire Damages Vacant Binghamton House

The investigation is underway into the cause of a fire at a vacant home on the West Side of Binghamton late December 13.

City firefighters responded to Crandall Street shortly before 11:30 p.m. and were just packing up to leave the scene shortly before 7:30 a.m. December 14.

There have been no reports of injuries but the building sustained substantial damage.
