Thai Time, 96 Front Street in Binghamton, is participating in Binghamton Restaurant Week. WNBF Tech Director and News Anchor Sean Holbert and I enjoyed lunch there earlier today.  We were not alone.  They were almost filled to capacity and for good reason.  During Binghamton Restaurant Week you can get three course lunches for $12 or under and three or four course dinners for $25 or less.

I started off with curry puffs for an appetizer.  I had them before and remembered they were on the "A" list...delicious.  What a way to start the meal.  Sean had Thai Crispy Rolls for his appetizer which also is a great way to begin your meal.

For the main course Sean had Bangkok Garlic Stir Fry.  I enjoyed the Ginger Delight Stir Fry.  One of the things I really enjoy at Thai Time is the way they use their spices and seasonings.  I enjoy mildly "hot" food but not the amped- up, extra hot variety.  To me I want to be able to taste the food and when it is extremely spicey I can't.  Thai Time does it right.  The seasonings supplement the flavor just the way I Iike it.

For dessert we both ordered Cheese Cake Egg Roll.  This is delicious.  It is a great way to cap the meal.  Both Sean and I agreed we can't wait to go back .  Service was excellent, too.  There were people of all ages enjoying their meals.  There is still time for you to visit during Binghamton Restaurant Week which goes on thru Thursday, September 25.
