Endwell Man Charged with Drunk Driving and Traffic Violations
An Endwell man is accused of driving drunk and without a license after being stopped by Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies on Delaware Avenue for failure to signal while making a turn onto Main Street.
Authorities say 59 year old Manuel Montesdeocapena appeared to have consumed alcohol and had an open container of beer still in the vehicle.
Deputies say the man failed a field sobriety test.
He’s charged with open container, driving without a license, failure to signal, refusing a breath test and traffic violations.
He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Union Court at a later date.
