Dryden Crash Leads To DWI Charge

State police today arrested a Tompkins County man after a vehicle crash in the town of Dryden.

Authorities say 23-year-old Justin Petrillose of Dryden was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Troopers say the crash happened on Route 13.

Investigators say the driver's blood alcohol content was measured at .12 percent.

Petrillose was ordered to appear in Dryden town court May 13.
