Dimock Flaming Fracktini Cocktail Recipe

Don Morgan photho

In recognition of Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper claiming to have drunk hydraulic fracturing fluid, proving the safety of natural gas drilling, and, also a nod to Dimock, Pennsylvania claims that tap water can be set on fire as a result of facking..

The Dimock Flaming Fractini

2 shots chocolate cake vodka

1/2 shot Irish cream

(If you’re anti fracking) 1 tsp. 160 proof vodka gently spooned on top. (If pro drilling, leave out)

Put the vodka and Irish cream in a martini glass. If you are doing the flaming, gently spoon the high-proof vodka on top and light. Once the flame burns out, wait a few seconds for the glass to cool down before drinking.

Cheers, Governor Hickenlooper!
