Conklin Builder Accused of Not Doing Work

Conklin man is charged with felony grand larceny for allegedly not building a shed in the Town of Kirkwood that he had been hired to construct.

44 year old Danny Stone was allegedly been paid $2,500 to start the construction in January and was never seen by the client again, ignoring numerous telephone calls and a certified letter.

New York State Police say Stone has been ordered to appear in Town of Kirkwood Court at a later date.
