The Binghamton University men's soccer team dropped a 2-1 double overtime decision to Lafayette in Easton, Pa. Saturday.  The Leopards scored  2:50 into the second overtime session to notch the victory.

The Bearcats drop to 2-4-1 and have now lost two in a row.  Lafayette ups its record to 2-0-5.  Alec Golini scored the game-winner for the host team.

BU's only tally came from forward Marts Reid-Warden at the 17 minute mark of the first half.  Lafayette had not yielded a goal in close to 300 minutes prior to that tally.  Lafayette tied the score on a penalty kick with 17 minutes left in regulation.

Binghamton's goalkeeper Stefano Frantellizzi made seven saves in the contest.  Binghamton returns to the Bearcats Sports Complex to host St. Peter's tomorrow night at 7.
