The Binghamton Senators had been struggling until this past weekend.  Losers of six straight the B-Sens rolled to three consecutive victories to regain the top spot the the East Division standings.  Binghamton leads Wilkes-Barre Scranton by one point and Norfolk by three points.

Binghamton defeated Norfolk 3-1 Friday night at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena and followed that with a 2-1 win over Rochester in Binghamton Saturday night.  On Sunday the B-Sens traveled to  Rochester and the Blue Cross Arena and rolled to a 7-3 win over the Amerks.

The B-Sens play three more road games this week. Wednesday night they play in Albany against the Devils.  Albany is in second place in the Northeast Division.  Following that game Binghamton heads south for a pair of weekend games in Norfolk against the Admirals. The B-Sens have won the last three games against the Admirals including last Friday's victory in Binghamton.  These are huge games for both teams with major playoff implications.  The B-Sens return home on Friday March 28 to host the St. John's IceCaps at 7:05 PM.
