The Binghamton Mets rolled to an 11- 4 victory over the SeaWolves in Erie last night and will play game two in the series tonight at 7:05 (airtime at 6:50 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  Travis Taijeron paced the B-Mets with a huge game offensively.  Taijeron went 4-5 with a double, home run and five runs driven in to lead Binghamton.  Greg Peavey threw 5.1 innings and struck out five SeaWolves to earn his 10th victory of the season in Binghamton.  With the win the B-Mets magic number to clinch a playoff spot is three.  Coming into action tonight the B-Mets are one game behind first-place Portland.

Tonight Michael Fulmer makes his Double-A debut.  In 19 starts at Class-A St. Lucie he was 6-10 with an ERA of 3.97.  Wilson Palacios makes the start for the SeaWolves.  He is 7-4 with an ERA of 4.41.

Binghamton will play game three in the series tomorrow night and then head home to face Akron and New Britain in the final homestand of the regular season.
