2015 All-Star Golf Tournament Returns

Former Major Leaguer, Jim "Mudcat" Grant, visited Binghamton to announce the date for his annual All-Star Golf Tournament scheduled for September 3rd at the Links at Hiawatha Landing.This is the 14th year for the event which benefits four local organizations and our nation's military.

The Broome County Urban League, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Binghamton, Catholic Charities of Broome County and CHOW will all benefit from funds raised from the event.

Security Mutual Life organizes the tournament.  Employees, volunteers and additional sponsors work together to hold the fund-raiser.

Grant had a lengthy Major League career including a 20-win season pitching for the Minnesota Twins.  He has recruited another standout lineup of celebrities to participate. J. R. Richard, Ferguson Jenkins and Al Downing are set to play along with numerous other standout athletes and celebrities.
