Woman Accused of Interfering at Tioga Crash Scene

A 24-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly interfering with authorities at the scene of a vehicle crash in Tioga County.

According to the sheriff's office, 24-year-old Leslie McCracken of Ithaca was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

McCracken was arrested on Sunday morning following a crash in the town of Richford. She was arraigned in Richford town court and sent to Tioga County Jail on $500 bail.

McCrackern is scheduled to return to court on September 21.
