Woman Accused of Drugged Driving in Tioga County
State police say a woman faces charges for allegedly driving while she was impaired by drugs on Route 434 in Tioga County.
Authorities say 35-year-old Laura Solock of Sayre was arrested around 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Investigators say troopers had received a report of an erratic driver in the Town of Barton. Police then observed the driver failing to keep right.
A trooper determined Solock was driving while impaired by prescription medications that were seen in her car. She consented to a test of her blood for drugs. Lab results were pending.
Police say Solock was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and possessing a controlled substance in a non-prescribed container.
Solock was issued tickets and released. She was ordered to appear in Barton town court on February 7.
