Windsor Man Accused of DWI With a BAC at Twice the Legal Limit
A Windsor man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol content at twice the legal limit.
Broome County Sheriff’s officials say they were monitoring traffic on Colesville Road in Kirkwood at 9:34 a.m. December 24 when they got a report of a possible intoxicated driver.
60 year old Henry Larken is charged with two DWI counts.
Deputies say they measured Larkin’s blood alcohol content at.16%.
He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Kirkwood Court at a later date.
