Waverly Man Pleads Guilty in String of Burglaries
A Waverly man will be sentenced in April in connection with a string of burglaries in Tioga County.
31 year old Joseph Sindoni Junior has pleaded guilty to five felony counts of burglary, felony attempted burglary and grand larceny.
He’s expected to get up to 18 years in prison.
Authorities arrested Sindoni April 7, 2017 as the Tioga County Sheriff’s office investigated daytime burglaries in Barton, Owego and the Town of Tioga a month earlier.
Deputies said they had to chase Sindoni through some woods in Endicott before taking him into custody.
