The Johnson City Department of Public Works is trying to resolve a low water pressure issue in the Village.  Emergency Services officials in the region were notified of the problem shortly after midnight.  Residents still have service, but the pressure may be low.

Officials said a 16 inch water main in the area of Avenue A and Helen Street.  Some residents in the immediate area may not have any water service at all.

Johnson City Police said even Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center had experienced issues as a result of the water line rupture.
