Vestal Police Look for Missing Man

Vestal Police are asking for help in finding a man who was last seen on the morning of December 17.

59 year old Victor Tabuntschikow is white, standing about five-feet, nine-inches tall and weighing around 165 pounds.  He has brown hair and was believed to be wearing a tan Columbia coat and tan boots.
