The Vestal Police Department released its latest arrest blotter on April 17, 2026. Activities and arrests are listed below. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Multiple Charges

According to the latest report from the Vestal Police department, 33 year old Sierra Kooiman was arrested for Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, Burglary in the 3rd Degree, False Personation, Evading by Concealment of Identity, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree for entering Target after previously being trespassed from the location, shoplifting merchandise valued over $1000 while wearing a mask, giving a false name, pulling away from the officer trying to arrest her and possessing Fentanyl.

Rakim Walker-Russell from Binghamton was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Resisting Arrest, Harassment in the 2nd Degree, and Attempted Assault of Police Officer in the 2nd Degree for striking the victim in the face with an open hand,  preventing the victim from using her cell phone to call 911, pulling away from officers attempting to arrest him, and attempting to strike and bite the officer who was arresting him after a physical domestic incident.

Fugitive From Justice

Adam Domino of Vestal was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice after an investigation found that he had a warrant for his arrest in Pennsylvania.

Criminal Possession

27-year-old Mark Dunn Jr. of Vestal was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, Menacing in the 2nd Degree, and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, for approaching a victim with a pocketknife during a domestic dispute in the presence of three children.

Jared Divis from Ithaca was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree for possessing a shotgun after previously being convicted of a crime.

Criminal Contempt

The latest Vestal Police report listed Kevin Gow, age 39, of Vestal, arrested for Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, Stalking in the 4th Degree, and Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree for violating a no-harassment order of protection by contacting a victim several times via text and phone calls, in addition to responding to her place of employment.

Multiple Traffic Violations

In this week's report, Vestal Police noted that 31-year-old Alex Aguirre Gonzalez from Endicott was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated-More than .08 BAC, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, Unlicensed Operator, and Moving from Lane Unsafely after a traffic stop.
41-year-old Wade Pleus of Conklin was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, No Turn Signal prior to 100 feet of a Turn, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree for possessing Meth during a traffic stop.
After a traffic stop, Ramon Vargas Jr. from Binghamton was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated-More than .08 BAC, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, and Speed in Zone.

Criminal Mischief

In this week's report, Collin Mack from Binghamton was arrested for Assault in the 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree for striking a victim in the face, causing injury, and damaging the victim’s cell phone during an altercation.

Burglary

For unlawfully entering a residence and taking property from a child’s room while the child was sleeping, 63-year-old Margaret Lints of Endicott was arrested for Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Petit Larceny

Steven Fish from Port Crane was arrested for Petit Larceny and Possession of Burglary Tools for shoplifting from Kohl’s and possessing wire cutters.

Sara Muskas from Hallstead, Pennsylvania, was arrested for Petit Larceny for shoplifting from Best Buy.

25-year-old Dinahlee Santiago of Binghamton was arrested for Petit Larceny for shoplifting from TJ Maxx.
