Criminal Possession

This report begins with a warrant execution in Windsor with Glenn Worden from Ouaquaga, New York, being charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

Abdul Mujahid of Whitney Point was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

37-year-old Daisy Odell of Wilesyville, New York, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Rebecca Brunette from Whitney Point was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Broome County Sheriff's Department charged Jack Langland of Endicott with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree, a Class C Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Also, after a Town of Chenango narcotics investigation, 36 year old Cassandra Angulas, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree, a Class C Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Chenango, Brett Poyer from the Town of Chenango was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree, a Class C Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor,

Promoting Prison Contraband

Aaron Mosley from Binghamton was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

36-year-old Muriyd Matthews of Endicott was also charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Continuing with contraband investigations at the Broome County Correctional Facility, Omar Rogers from Endicott was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree.

Jeffrey Rosenkrans, Jr. was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Reports of Promoting Prison Contraband from the Broome County Sheriff's Department notes that Eliezer Gonzalez, age 29 of Binghamton, was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, during the intake process at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Finally, Devon Garry of Johnstown, New York, was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Grand Larceny

26-year-old Zion Hill from Syracuse was charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, following the execution of an arrest warrant out of the Town of Union.

Assault

Anthony Parker of Binghamton was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, following an assault investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Obstructing Governmental Administration

Benjamin Reynolds, who is 44 from Binghamton, was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest, following a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton.

Harassment

Following a harassment investigation in the Town of Lisle, Birdie Scott of Newark Valley was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Rape In The 3rd Degree

62-year-old Michael York from Windsor was charged with three counts of Rape in the 3rd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a rape investigation in the Town of Dickinson.
