
Vestal, New York Police 10 Day Arrest Blotter Released
The Vestal Police Department has released its latest 10-day arrest blotter on April 10, 2026. Activities and arrests are listed below. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Harassment
- 52-year-old Christopher Dietrich from Covington, Kentucky, was arrested for Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Harassment in the 2nd Degree for leaving multiple phone messages for the victim, threatening physical harm.
Assault
- Erika Woodrow from Johnson City was arrested for Assault in the 3rd Degree for striking a victim in the face with a closed fist, causing injury.
Bail Jumping
- According to the Vestal Police report, 44-year-old Terra Hull of Binghamton was arrested for Bail Jumping in the 3rd Degree after failing to appear in court on a scheduled court date or within 30 days thereafter.
- Andrew Ott from Lakewood, Pennsylvania, was arrested for Bail Jumping in the 3rd Degree after failing to appear in court on a scheduled court date or within 30 days thereafter.
Petit Larceny
- Arrested for Petit Larceny for shoplifting from Kohl’s include Julie Burns and Shawn Burns, both from Susquehanna, Pennsylvania.
Multiple Charges
- After failing to stop for patrols during a traffic stop, 20-year-old Maximus Romero of Vestal was arrested for Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer in the 3rd Degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Speed in Zone, Reckless Driving, No/Inadequate Lights, No Operable Headlights, Failure to Comply with Lawful Order, and Failure to Notify of Address Change
Various Traffic Violations
- Vestal Police note in the latest report that Ashley Rusin of Endicott was arrested after a traffic stop for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated - More than .08 BAC, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Moving from a Lane Unsafely, Speed in the Zone, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, and refusing to exit her vehicle.
- 60-year-old Milan Glumicic of Vestal was arrested following a motor vehicle accident for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated - More than .08 BAC, Moving from Lane Unsafely, and Unreasonable Speed.
- Arrested after a traffic stop for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated-More than .08 BAC, Speed in Zone, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree - Elias Aldava from Binghamton.
- As a result of a traffic stop for Driving While Intoxicated, Failed to Stop at a Stop Sign, and Failure to Keep Right, Nicholas Scherrer of Vestal was arrested.
- Kristen Kadlecik, 45 years old from Vestal, was arrested as a result of a traffic stop for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated-More than .08 BAC, and Uninspected Motor Vehicle.
