Two Injuried in Route 17 Crash in Town of Sanford

New York State Police say two people in a car that crashed on Route 17 near Sanford remain hospitalized at last report.   

The crash happened near exit 86 at around 1:45 p.m. September 27.

A 65-year-old man, who was driving, and a 20-year-old woman, who was a passenger, were taken to Wilson Hospital. A 52-year old woman, who was also a passenger in the car was not hurt. 

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
