Two Arrested in Owego Apartment Break-ins
Village of Owego Police say a 20-year-old and a 17-year-old are accused of breaking into to an apartment house on Lake Street.
Authorities say Monday, November 29, officers were called to the apartment building and determined 20-year-old Jonathon Armstrong and the juvenile, both from Owego, forcibly entered two separate apartments and stole items.

Armstrong and the teenage boy are charged with two felony counts of burglary.
Armstrong was released on his own recognizance while the teen was released to his parents to await proceedings in Tioga County Family Court.
