Two Arrested in Chenango Xtra-Mart Hold-up

Two Binghamton residents are charged with robbery in the February 23 hold-up of the Xtra-Mart on Route 12 in the Town of Chenango.

20 year old Cody McNeilly and 42 year old Jennifer Finn were arrested following a search of their Hawley Street home.

New York State Police say the gas station and convenience store was reportedly robbed at gunpoint by a white man wearing a dark-colored, striped hooded sweatshirt.

McNeilly and Finn were both sent to the Broome County Jail to await grand jury action.
