Two-Alarm Fire Damages Town of Maine Home
Authorities are investigating the cause of a two-alarm fire in the Town of Maine that damaged a home late September 29.
Firefighters from over a half dozen departments responded to the fire on Nanticoke Road at 11 p.m.
There were no reports of injuries.
Emergency Services officials say the second alarm was sounded shortly after the first crews arrived on the scene at 293 Nanticoke Road.
Firefighters from the Town of Maine, East Maine, Glen Aubrey, West Corners, Union Center, Newark Valley, Endicott and Whitney Point responded along with the office of Emergency Services.
The extent of damage to the single-family home was not available.
