A Trout Creek woman is charged with three felony offenses on the opening of a sealed indictment arrest warrant.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say 30 year old Chellie Warner is accused of selling fentanyl-laced heroin from her home in August.

Warner is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.

She was sent to the Delaware County Jail without bail.

Sheriff’s officials say fentanyl laced heroin is estimated to be up to 100 times more potent than heroin and is often deadly, not only for drug users but for responders and the police dogs that sniffing out drugs and may inhale the substance
