Trout Creek Man Accused of Growing Pot

A Trout Creek man is facing charges after Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say they found a number of marijuana plants on his property.

50 year old Mark Suter was arrested October 7 at his home on Bullock Hill Road following an annual domestic marijuana eradication program overflight in conjunction with the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and New York State Police Aviation Unit.

Suter is charged with unlawful cultivation of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana.

He was ordered to appear in Town of Tompkins Court at a later date.
