Many nonprofit organizations are in need of financial support during this pandemic, and the Town of Union are accepting applications for money to help not for profits deal with the Covid-19 Pandemic.

According to a press release from the Town of Union, The Community Development Block Grant (C-D-B-G) is a emergency Non-Profit Assistance Program in conjunction with the Department of Planning have released applications for nonprofits seeking financial help in these difficult times.

 

The Town of Union is not open to the public, so the applications for help are available electronically, and groups can reach out via email to submit a request for an application.

 

The funds are in place to help nonprofits deal with rent or mortgage payments, utilities and general overhead expenses.
