Tioga County Woman Charged After Disturbance

Authorities say a 38-year-old Tioga County woman faces charges following a reported domestic disturbance.

Investigators say Sonya Morris of Route 38, Newark Valley, was arrested after the dispute.

According to the sheriff's office, Morris was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Morris was directed to appear in Newark Valley town court on March 10.
