Tioga County Sheriff Releases Name of Accused Bank Robber

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say a Nichols man is charged in the armed robbery of the Community Bank on East River Road in the Village shortly at 12:15 p.m. August 30

31-year-old Adam Robinson is accused of entering the bank, displaying a pistol and demanding money.

The Sheriff’s office says Robinson is charged with felony counts of robbery, criminal use of a firearm and grand larceny.

He was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $100,000 bail.
