Tioga County Man Charged with Rape

A Waverly man is being charged with felony rape in connection with an incident in the Town of Barton.

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say they arrested 23-year-old Austyn Casselbury at 8 a.m. January 28.

Casselbury is accused in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred on July 24^th.

Casselbury was released on his own recognizance. He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Barton Court at a later date.
