Tioga County Man Accused of False Report

A Tioga County man is accused of intentionally falsely reporting child abuse to New York State Officials.

34 year old Robert Corby Sr. of Barton is charged with falsely reporting an incident.  Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say Corby allegedly made a false report to the New York State Child Abuse and Maltreatment Central Registry.

Corlby has been ordered to appear in Owego Town Court at a later date.
