Tioga County Chamber of Commerce Chief to Retire

The woman who has served with the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce for a dozen years is stepping down in a few months.

President and CEO, Gwen Kania has announced she will retire at the end of May.

Kania began working with the Tioga Chamber as the Director of Operations in 2008 then became president in 2014 when Martha Sauerbrey stepped down.

The Board of Directors is looking for a successor to have in place soon in order to maximize training time.
